Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.

Re-authorizations after the initial order

We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.

Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)

When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information from the U.S. Post Office. Please DO NOT CALL our Toll-Free Number to inquire about the status of your order as the representatives do not have access to this information. Instead, please email us at: info@marshallpublishinginc.com and we will respond to your request within 24 hours via email. Please send us your complete names and address and the names of the products you ordered.

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll follow-up with you.

Tax

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of ILLINOIS. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped from ILLINOIS addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service or incorrect delivery addresses.

We stock all items in our warehouse however, occasionally due to high demand for an item or during the Holidays, we might find ourselves temporarily out-of-stock. In these rare occurrences, your order will be sent to you as soon as we receive them into our warehouse via Priority Mail at no additional charge to you. If we are in an out-of-stock position you will be notified by e:mail or phone–please do not continue to call as it will not help matters any.

Where we ship

Currently we only ship to addresses within the United States.. If you live outside the United States (i.e., Canada, the UK, Australia, etc.) but you have a stateside address, we can certainly arrange to ship your order there. Or, you can order directly from http://www.railfandepot.com and they will be able to ship to you directly. Our DVDs are recorded in the Region 0 format and should play on any DVD player that accepts an NTSC signal.

Delivery times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped as soon as possible. We only use the U.S. Post Office for deliveries. If you are planning on giving an item as a gift or during the holidays we suggest you select Priority Mail to insure delivery within 3 - 5 business days. Otherwise First Class Mail will arrive within 7 to 10 days (possibly longer around Christmas). Pricing is as listed above.
